How do we understand what people care about? Can we use VR as an immersive medium to understand people's altruism better?
Overview
For the AGBT Weekender 2023, we developed an interactive VR experience to further understand what areas of climate action festival attendees care about. The VR experience allowed attendees to create their version of the Gorge River basin, by moving different sliders to change the trees, animals, river, and landscape to their liking. Their preferences inherently suggest which areas of conservation and climate action they care about.
